Wellness workshops are a great way for a company to support their employees’ health and wellbeing.
These 60-90 minute sessions provide the opportunity to practise and learn Qigong practices* and breathing techniques that have been proven to reduce both stress and fatigue as well as improve mental health. Workshops can be stand-alone or form part of a company event.
*Qigong (also spelled "Chi Kung" or "Chi Gong") is a set of traditional Chinese practices that combines movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to enhance physical and mental well-being. It's also proven to reduce blood pressure.

Breathing techniques to feel calmer and think more clearly.
Qigong practices to energise body and mind.
They will also receive a handout with all the techniques covered for their ongoing use after the workshop.
Everything we do in the workshop is accessible to all. The movements are adaptable to everyone to facilitate full participation. Participants do not need any special clothing and the session can take place on company premises or at an alternative location.
